The prices mentioned are per person per day. A local tax of 1,35 Euros per day (for everyone aged 14 years and up) needs to be paid on arrival.
Every room is equipped with a TV, hairdryer, toilet, shower and free Wifi. Some of our rooms also have a balcony.
Reductions for children residing in their parent’s room:
0 to 2 years: free
from 2 to 7 years: 50% discount
from 7 to 13 years: 30% discount
Children aged 13 and above rate as full-paying adults.
Pets: Out of respect for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Arrival and Departure:
The rooms are available at 1pm on your day of arrival.
If you’re arriving at our house after 8pm please give us a call in advance.
We kindly ask you to check out until 11am on your last day.
Prices and Booking information
Double room in single occupancy:
If you wish to use a double room in single occupancy, we will take a surcharge of 5 to 15 Euros depending on the room type.
Reservation:
The booking is only valid after you have been sent a written confirmation and the advanced payment has been transferred.
That is 150,00 Euros per person for the weekly fee and 50,00 per Person for a daily stay.
For special arrangements we will contact you about the amount of the down payment.

Forms of Payment: While we prefer cash payments, it is also possible for you to pay your bill by credit card (VISA, MASTER-EUROCARD) or by an advanced payment via bank transfer.
Cancellations:
If you inform us about your cancellation more than 30 days before your planned date of arrival we will not charge you.
Cancellations 15 days before arrival will not get the advanced payment refunded.
If you cancel later than that we will charge you 70% of the original booking price. On non arrival or early departure we reserve the right to charge the full price.
