The kitchen along with typical Southtyrolean dishes such as Knödel and Kaiserschmarrn, offers also Mediterranean and International specialities.
Chef de cuisine is the owner Harald Pichler. He attended the hotel management school in Meran and did an apprenticeship at the Sonnenscheinhotels on the Seiser Alp. Between 1990 and 1993 he gained additional experience as a chef in Switzerland before he joined the family business in 1994. Harald Pichler has been running the guesthouse with his wife Barbara Thaler since 2006.
